Blank rows in the user table in the Developer Portal, and why they happen
Rows shown blank in the Users table are users who have not passed KYC. The most common cause for this to happen is when a user abandons the application/sign-up flow. If a user has closed or exited the sign up process, their information will not be saved and will cause the below to show.
As we continue to strive towards providing Programs the best UI experience, we note that this use case requires a direct notification and have prioritized as a necessity in future updates to the platform.
