Instructions on how to request a new QR Code

If you no longer have access to your authenticator app to enter your account, please follow the steps below: 

  • Create a support ticket or e-mail programsupport@aptopayments.com.
  • Please provide us with the e-mail you use to log into this Developer Portal.
  • We will escalate this request to our Engineering department to provide a new QR Code.
